WHO WE SERVE

ASAM Level 2.1 care for adults 18+

Ascending Partners provides intensive outpatient treatment for adults experiencing substance-use concerns who need more structure than standard weekly outpatient care but do not require 24-hour residential or inpatient services.

Eligibility basics

  • Age 18 or older
  • Substance-use treatment needs that may be appropriate for ASAM Level 2.1
  • Ability to participate safely in community-based treatment
  • Clinical assessment supports IOP placement

Final admission and level-of-care placement are determined after an initial appointment and comprehensive assessment.
